Match-Two Game Preview: Cocoa Match
Wednesday, October 14, 2009 at 01:55PM Our brand new game, Cocoa Match, is ready to launch tomorrow morning, but we thought we'd give you a taste before it hits!
Cocoa Match is a match-two game where you'll need to clear each board by matching two runes of the same shape/color or the same number (more points are awarded for number matches). You can also earn medallions on each board by building up a combo streak of matches -- if you run out of matching tiles and need to click the idol to get new ones, you'll lose that streak.
Cocoa Match Gameplay
Three spells will help you along the way - Shuffle, Extra Time and Reveal can provide the edge you need to complete each level, but they require mana to use (you'll earn one of three types of mana in each of the three puzzles - Fire for Jaguar, Air for Owl and Water for Snake). The spells can also be upgraded through the Magic Shop using coins gained during play.
